Very Important Information

• On arrival: you will be impressed by the high standard of cleanliness and maintenance of our properties
• For your convenience: we supply cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and bucket etc. to enable you to keep your surroundings clean and comfortable during your stay
• Rubbish Bins: go out on Monday evening for collection early Tuesday morning
• Pets: as responsible pet owners, it goes without saying that we always pick up after our pets, please place pet droppings in a plastic bag in the Red bin
• Furniture: please ensure that your pet does not get up on unprotected furniture, a freshly laundered furniture cover is supplied for use during your stay
• Books Exchange: please feel free to exchange a book of your choice from our library with one from yours
• Before departure: please check that all the cooking gear, crockery and cutlery is washed, dried and put away in the cupboards
• Check Out time: is no later than 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled at any time up to 30 days prior to commencement of your holiday. However, this will incur a cancellation fee of $50
Confirmed bookings cancelled within 30 days of your holidays will result in all holiday accommodation monies being forfeited, unless we are able to re-let the property
We will use our best efforts to re-let your holiday booking and if we are successful, we will refund any monies paid less the $50 cancellation fee
Any security Bond monies will be refunded on all cancelled holidays
