Nungurner, an Aboriginal word for fishing place, is well known for just that with a boat ramp and private jetty available for your usage. The lakes provide an ideal place for fishing and boating enthusiasts right throughout the year.

Nungurner boasts a mild climate and is situated on the sheltered waters of the picturesque Gippsland Lakes, one of Australia's finest waterways. The Tambo River, a famous bream stream and other rivers, including the Mitchell and Nicholson are also nearby.

The local region of East Gippsland well known as the Victorian Riviera, abounds with an immense variety of scenery. Lakes. rivers and mountains provide the ultimate environment for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
